Emmett Wilbur is former member of the U.S. Air Force and Viet Nam Veteran. His military background in the security police division during his four-year enlistment led to a Law Enforcement career.
Mr. Wilbur started his post-military career with the New York Department of Corrections as a Corrections Officer. Five years later, he accepted a job with the U.S. Department of Justice in the Federal Bureau of Prisons. He worked with the Bureau for 23 years where he was trained in law enforcement techniques for dealing with unexpected and potentially dangerous situations, including how to handle and diffuse such situations with the minimal amount of force necessary.
